Subject: Strongest commercial on P166MMX?

I have an old laptop with P-166 MMX, 64 MB Ram, NT 4 (NTFS so no DOS programs)
without a CD drive. I therefore want to have the strongest chess program that
will not require a refuel. My choices are Genius 7, Chess Tiger 15, and Fritz 8.
Are there any other commercial programs that will run on this program without a
refuel?
