Subject: The Bermuda triangle and Fritz 7.008

The technology with the disappearing of "good moves", in order to go around
possible killers, is not only since the Fritz version 8,0019 there. Them were
and are implemented also in the current version 7.008 already long there!

We look at ourselves the following diagram again:

[D]r1b2rk1/pp2bpp1/1qn1pn1p/6B1/2PpP2P/3P2PN/P1P2PB1/1N1Q1K1R b - - 0 1

Black can take, as described further above, the Trojaner here loosely, since
after hxg5 black Knight can arrive after g4 without it be taken may. On the
field a1 the tower (I have that intentionally eliminated) is missing and thus
threatens black with Dxb1+ to give, with clear advantage. The Trojaner is thus
only a mockup! But which serves Fritz 7,008 in the multi-variant mode in
addition? I adjusted first the 15-Varianten mode, entered afterwards over
position input this position and deleted afterwards those hashtables, 128 MB,
cleanly:

r1b2rk1/pp2bpp1/1qn1pn1p/6B1/2PpP2P/3P2PN/P1P2PB1/1N1Q1K1R b - - 0 1

The best analysis move hxg5 is after depth 14 in the last but one place! Thus
is the new/old technology, with which Fritz sometimes supplies the analyst with
his analyses!

Have fun!
