the chess challenger itself does'nt care what country your in i would assume. its the power adapter,ac to dc,that counts. i know europe is alot of 220 vac,us 120 vac. the adapter converts ac from the wall socket to the dc that the challenger uses. the dc should be a constant. regards mike
