I had downloaded an opening tree Deep9S (.ctg) from Dennis Grafens website some
time ago.
There was only the Halloween attack in the book.
The critical line 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Nc3 Nf6
4.Nxe5 Nxe5 5.d4 Ng6 6.e5 Ng8 was not in the book.
Therefore I thought this guy cant be serious.
Of course this kind of hints does not prove anything.
You always have to wait until the programs are released and this was for a long
time not the case.

I think we should cosider it as a bad joke.
He probably desired to be respected as a chessprogrammer.

Your second question is nonsensetical of course.
