You have to log in to playchess with a registered name. You should have entered your manual code (25 digit alpa-numeric code on your F8 manual) when you registered. Apparantly, only registered owners that have entered the manual code can now get the upgrade. Many users have reported problems with this process. If it does't work, reistall F8 from CD, registered into playchess with using the manual code and hopefully you will be asked to upgrade
