It's not part of the ChessBase Shredder engine but part of the Shredder Classic. The settings of this (Classic) "Gambit Shredder" you could define also for your ChessBase engine Shredder 7 - look at the file "Gambit Shredder.eng" in the Engines folder of your installed Shredder Classic.
