I finally got my upgrade of Fritz. 1st. When you insert your Fritz 8 Program CD you have two choices to click on play Fritz, or to click on Playchess.com. Remember you must first be logged on the Playchess server when you do this upgrade. 2nd. Simply click on Playchess.com, then it will ask you to create your own Password, and finally you must click on Query Upgrade from the Playchess Menu option, and there you should insert your Serial Number typed on the front of your manual.
