I agree more testing is needed, but my results so far show a good drop in play. Like I said Fritz 8 .23 is showing itself no better the Deep Fritz 7, and that is not bad but Fritz 8.0.0.8 is better then Deep Fritz 7. I have many results to show this. I will stay with my judgement until someone or my testing shows otherwise.
