That makes comparisons tricky. I would like both the overclocked and regular NPS. Chess Tiger is fine. Just state the hz and overclocking along with the other information. I would also like Chess Tiger NPS for the Athalon 1.2 GHZ if possible, for comparison. > >I am amused to see that, even at 32MHz, Tiger 15.0 manages about 400 nodes per >second. NPS comparison between programs is not that useful, however, same program on different HW does have relevance and I am curious. I find Ruffian gets about 5000 NPS on my IPAQ 3600 206MHZ with 500K Hash Tables, I need to take a measurement on my Athalon 1Ghz for comparison, but is will be about 100+ times as fast or about 500 ELO difference. My PC kills me, but I am a little better than my Pocket PC. ;) I think I will post a Win At Chess position, I just have not decided which one, post any suggestions, that will make the NPS on all HW more relevant. Thanks, Chris
