This one is a draw.

Black could only ever win if either:

i. it plays Qa3 with the White King on the d,e,f,g or h files or

ii. it plays Qxh5 with the White King on the a or b files.

Both are prevented by moving the White King between b2, b1, c1 and d1, depending
on where the Queen is.

Both Yace Paderborn and Crafty 19.03 see these themes but rate the position as
-6 rather than 0 (predictably).
