With the benchmarks I've done I have found that a Pentium 4 2.53GHz about the same speed as an AthlonXP 2000+ (1.66GHz). A 2.13GHz AthlonXP (2600+) would be right around the speed of a 3.2GHz Pentium 4 in chess.
