(voir traduction en français plus bas) Set 2 - Game 3 A last beautiful game In this last game of the second set, GMI Samb had to win in order to get a chance to win the match. The opening played seemed to be a theoretical novelty. After a few moves (1. 31-26 20-25 2. 37-31 15-20 3. 41-37 10-15 4. 31-27 17-22 5. 36-31 22-28 6. 33x22 16-21 7. 26x17 12x21 8. 27x16 18x36), a white piece stood on square 16 and a black piece on square 36, a sure sign that the game would be interesting. For a large part of game, Buggy took no important decision, delaying as much as possible the occupation of one of the central squares (27 or 28). When it finally did, the position became really complex. A very unusual exchange of pieces followed, with Buggy trying to surround N'Diaga Samb. Though the game was quite complex and the Grand-Master had very little time left, Samb managed to hold the position quite well. Unfortunately for him, he made some slight mistakes before move! #50, which led him into trouble. He played a correct move on move #50, but that was just 1 second after his flag fell. Samb then lost the last game of the set on time. A very nice game indeed. Buggy wins the second set 5-1, and therefore the whole match in two sets. Set 2 - Partie 3 Une superbe dernière partie Dans la dernière partie du 2ème set, le GMI Samb devait absolument l'emporter pour revenir dans le match. L'ouverture fut une nouveauté théorique (1. 31-26 20-25 2. 37-31 15-20 3. 41-37 10-15 4. 31-27 17-22 5. 36-31 22-28 6. 33x22 16-21 7. 26x17 12x21 8. 27x16 18x36), une pièce blanche se trouva à 16 et une pièce noire à 36, assurant une partie tendue. Pendant un grand nombre du coups, Buggy retarda les décisions en n'occupant aucune des cases centrales (27 et 28). Quand il le fit finalement, la ! position devint très complexe, avec très peu de temps restant pour le Grand-Maître. Samb réussit à bien tenir la position. Malheureusement pour lui, il fit quelques imprécisions avant le 50ème temps. Il joua bien le 50ème temps sur le damier, mais juste après que le drapeau tombe. Samb perdit donc la partie au temps. Une très belle partie. Buggy remporte ainsi le 2ème set 5-1, et l'ensemble du match en 2 sets.
