It is obvious that most programs peforms better when you increase the speed of your computer, but I have done several tests between Ruffian 1.0.1 vs Yace Paderborn using my Athlon 1.2 GHz and it performs worse than when I switch computer using my latest AMD XP 2800+ . I always thought that the increase should be directly proportional for both programs, but my finding reflect a different result.
