Could you supply a source stating those SCUDs were illegal?

Most 'anti-war' folks here aren't against a war. They're against the US
attacking Iraq without a UN-mandate, which is partially caused by using poor
excuses (such as the one above, al-quada ties, yadda yadda yadda "Iraq BAAAAAAD,
USA GOOOOOOOOD"). Approving the Scheveningen Invasion Act doesn't help much
either.
