I have talked to Mr. Feist, who is responsible for UCI in Chessbase and asked him why there is no "movetime" command, when the level is a fixed time per move. He answered me, that he gives the engine the chance to think some extra seconds if it seems to be necessary and asked if this is a problem. I said it's not a problem, but different from the UCI specification. So it is not a usual bug, but a divergence from the spezification. So in Fritz it is not possible to tell the engine to think _exact_ x seconds. Bye Martin
