To keep such matches interesting there first some new rules should be established to raise nearly "equal-chance" matches: a) the amount of persistant storage (including program code and librarys) should be limited to about 1 MB (according to human brain, which also is not to be expanded permanently). b) on the other side, computer programs should be informed on the identity of their opponent, at least at the beginning of each game.
