For ICC, you need a fairly "wide" book to provide variety. I use the files in the common directory, book.bin, books.bin and bookc.bin. They were made from the "enormous" pgn collection in the same directory if you want to rebuild them from scratch. If I were only going to play computers, I would probably generate something a bit more "refined" of course.
