I believe I am using "GetThreadTimes()" to get the cpu times used by all the
threads combined and "GetTicCount()" to get the elapsed time used.

However for SMP it is a bit more complicated as I also time the spinwait code
and subtract that from the cpu time used as that is time that is "wasted" and
not
used on actually searching.  That's why you generally see CPU utilization in the
390+% range, rather than 400 even though all 4 cpus will be 100% busy running
Crafty code.
