Subject: Also - How about instructions to compile Gerbil using Bloodshed?

On a similar theme...

I'm playing around with the (Free) BloodShed IDE for GCC which seems to have
tremenous potential (looking to rewrite Monarch in C).  It was easy to compile
and run TSCP but I haven't managed to compile Gerbil yet - if anyone can give me
a step by step guide to compiling Gerbil in Bloodshed I'd really appreciate it!
