At this time chess programs helped by powerful computer have reached IM level (may be more...). Therefore it's seems that matchs between computers and humans are more interesting than never ... Paradoxically great tournaments who opposed human and computer have disapeared : Aegon tournament, Harvard cup, ... Why ? I don't know ...are strong players afraid or desinteresed ? style of computer is too tactical for style of human who is too positionnal ? How the disparition of such tournament may have happened ? Big loss surely ...
