The trick is to find "clean" data. No blitz games or "jippo" games, only games
from high rated players. Doubbles will probably confuse your book creation if
you rank openings according to frequency or the results in the pgn-file.

At Dann Corbit's site you will find a lot of it!
At the Scid homepage there is a pgn collection as well.
Crafty have pgn-collections for book creation.
I suppose Bob Hyatt wont argue if you contact him first.
