add 200 elo to the list and you will get uscf rating(at least for the programs
with low rating).

You cannot compare it to USCF because the pool are different but
I see no reason to assume that programs of today cannot be better than fisher.

There are no fair matches against humans when the humans can buy
the program and learn it's weaknesses
(they cannot do it against humans).

If programs get in these unfair conditions super GM performance
then it seems clear that they are at least at super GM level
