I can add that I am surprised by your results

The difference between losing 8:2 and winning 8.5:1.5 is very big.

When I tried 1 minute per game with latest movei against Junior5
then I did not find big difference(without handicap it lost 16-4(2 of the wins
of movei were on time in a draw position)
and with handicap it lost 14-6(no win on time).

I used 00_804 and I am going to send you this version to the tournament and I
only need to correct a bug in time management for games 120/40(I found that bug
also under winboard when I use time control of 1 minutes/40 moves and
use edit game and play 37 moves.

In that case movei does not count the moves in the time control and I need to
tell it to count moves that are layed in edit mode in the time control.
