The spokesman agreed, there was NOT ONE Muslim country that was a democracy. Not a single one. Turkey is a secular country, IIRC, and Pakistan is a military dictatorship (he's **promised** to have elections, though :) ). You may think of Indonesia (which has a huge Muslim population), as the exception, but I defer to the Muslim spokesman from Saudi Arabia. He made it very clear.
