In Europe we have a culture of such "political" art on postcards where you show a photo of something, either change the original photo and/or add a subline. Stop talking about something you don't understand. Dr. Donninger knows what he's doing. I could explain the technique of such art but I don't waste my time with knee jerkers who proudly present their automatical responses.
