Subject: has frank morsch retired?

if you start fritz 8; in HELP-ABOUT FRITZ 8, they dont mention frank morsch's
name anywhere in the credits; i wonder why? and is this the reason why f80023 is
such an apalling engine? maybe he has retired from comp chess and has gone on to
do better things: wonder if someone in the know can enlighten us all.
