The EPD description is part of the PGN standard. You can download
a complete PGN description either directly by using the URL

http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Launchpad/2640/pgn/pgn_spec/Standard.txt

or by using my JavaScript driven download area at

http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Launchpad/2640/explorer/explorer.html

(Click on the "Chess" icon and than on the "PGN" icon).

BTW: What are your plans with database queries ?
I have just started to experiment with the free InstantDB
(a simple database system, implemented in Java) for storing
the EPD related data and access the data via a Java client.
