It's a great book. But some other modern mastepieces exist. From my collection: Secrets of Grandmaster Chess and Secrets of Practical Chess by Nunn. Secrets of Modern Chess Strategy by Watson. The Road to Chess Improvements by Yermolinsky. 64 Great Chess Games: Masterpieces of Postal and Email Chess by Tim Harding. The Seven Deadly Chess Sins by Jonathan Rowson. And modern well annotated monographies of the games of Steinitz, Lasker and Capablanca. They were great players who knew how to fight. And the biogaphical series from the Leningrad Chess School edited by Khalifman. MvH Dan Andersson
