That's the point IMO. WTC is down, but Eiffel tower is still standing. I'm
afraid some people in Europe can only learn the hard way. They don't understand
the nature of evil anymore (although, learning the lessons of history would
require to understand that).

June 1944, let's just sit and wait... we're so peaceful.

Btw. while a majority of Europe's people seemingly are against that war, you can
be confident that a qualified part of the people supports the efforts to disarm
Iraq and change it's government (quickly)... although, I have my doubts that a
"big war" of that dimension is the best or only way to achieve that.

But OTOH I'm quite sure that just inspections and the UN sanctions would never
succeed.

To be fair, I must admit that I'm quite happy that my country does not
participate: I'd have to fear that it may become a terrorist's target. But if
that's a reason *not* to support something, I say so and don't search for other
imaginary arguments.
