Subject: Fritz 8 GUI problems

I had several big (to me) problems/bugs with GUI.  Most irritating was that I
was limited to only the color board (pale gray) that was default.  Any attempt
to change colors to something less drab actually caused the pieces to change to
letters rather than figurines.  I also had some database problems.  After
downloading GUI upgrade from playchess server, these problems disappeared.
