I have also similiar opinion and I guess that most people will not do everything
for better salary and most people will refuse to sell their body for better
salary(independent of the salary).

It may be important not to do something boring for money(it is important for me)
but I guess that it is not the reason that you refuse as a principle to do your
program commercial.

If you do not like to deal with customers then you can say that you will sell
the program only after you find someone that will deal with that problem so I
guess that if you do not want as a principle to sell your program there is
another reason.
