I have settled on buying the Netgear FM114P (see http://www.tomshardware.com/network/20021203/wlan-dsl-12.html). The main article begins at http://www.tomshardware.com/network/20021203/index.html It offers firewall protection and has an integrated print server, but not the DSL modem you want. I already have a cable modem. The printer connects via a parallel port, but does not support a USB connection for a printer. My needs are connecting together a printer, cable modem, laptop and a desktop. Slightly different from yours.
