I originally had a Buffalo Technology Airstation and PC card, but both died, and I replaced them with Netgear equipment (ME102 access point, MA311 PCI adapter - I have a separate DSL router and firewall). The Netgear stuff I have works well so far, and has a 5 year warranty. --Jon
