Absolutely. The victories have a better taste.

In general I try to have a non-agressive improvements policy. For example the
book learning of Chess Tiger just tries to avoiding replaying lost games. It
does not try to replay won games.

The idea is to improve first by fixing holes, and then trying to advance in
other areas. And then start again.
