I can tell you that I was not impressed by Ruffian based on some blitz tests
with no book.

(I used nunn match of some openings of 2 plies like 1.e4 e5,1.e4 c5,1.d4 d5,...
and Ruffian1.0.1 lost against shredder7.04 13-11 when Ruffian had 15 minutes
against 5 minutes of shredder7.04 on p850).
