I think it's just F5 for a normal refresh, or CTRL-F5 (forces a complete reload
from the server, disregarding the content of the browser cache), in MSIE.

Alex, I guess your browser presents you with old content from your local browser
cache. Try to change the automatic refresh settings in the browser options. For
example in MSIE, you can set it to check for new content everytime a page is
accessed (which is necessary for web pages which are updated often, like message
boards). Then, your problem should disappear. Or press F5, or CTRL-F5.

It could be a proxy server related problem though, when the provider uses one.

(Posting a message shouldn't be necessary just for a web page refresh...)
