(I tried CCC >archive search about this subject, but it seems not to work). > >thanks Jouni First you need to Uninstall Fritz 8 completely, by using Add or Remove under Control Panel, then you need physically delele C:\Program Files\ChessBase and all the subfolders. Finally you need download Spybot Search and detroy, then click where it say Check for problems and then click Fix selected problems. This utility program is also helpful for deleting Cookies that hide in your Harddrive collecting information about your computer. Finally Install Fritz 8 from the CD again, then click on Playchess.com , then you have to create a new account and it will ask you to insert your serial number from your Fritz 8 Manual, then it tell you that there is an upgrade available if you want to install it.
