First you need to Uninstall Fritz 8 completely, by using Add or Remove under
Control Panel, then you need physically delele C:\Program Files\ChessBase and
all the subfolders. Finally you need download Spybot Search and detroy, then
click where it say Check for problems and then click Fix selected problems. This
utility program is also helpful for deleting Cookies that hide in your Harddrive
collecting information about your computer. Finally Install Fritz 8 from the CD
again, then click on Playchess.com , then you have to create a new account and
it will ask you to insert your serial number from your Fritz 8 Manual, then it
tell you that there is an upgrade available if you want to install it.
