Last night I downloaded Rebel 10 from Rebel's home page. The program downloaded fine. But as in rebel 9 I continued to have problems in windows oddly when the screen saver kicked in the program would crash. I used the window short cut provided but neither version seem to make any difference. I finally disabled screen saver and had no problems afterward. Another oddity is although the benchmark showed 2526 ..the on screen elo shows 2692? I ran a 100 game match with internal engines Rebel 10 vs. Rebel 9... blitz 2 minute games. Results Rebel 10 won 56.5-41.5. Aparently 2 games were doubles and didn't count them? The break down is Rebel 10 won 36 lost 21 drew 41. MY machine is a P200 w/mmx . The program was set with anti GM on smart. Rebel 10 looks very strong! Looking forward to windows version---------Ed. Terry
