GM Polgar is a good player (ELO= 2715).  On a single proc P4 3.06Ghz, Shredder
would be around ELO= 2750.  Shredder would be the favorite, however, GM Polgar
would be a very dangerous opponent, especially with preparation time against the
machine.

This looks close to me, why do you think she would loose almost certainly?
