Kf3 is the only move Crafty will consider here.  Although I have not studied it
enough
to say that it wins while Rc1 draws...:

Rc1 is -2.7 for comparison....

As I said, there were many places where Crafty didn't agree.  The most notable
was the
instant draw near the end.  However, I didn't look at the game/positions at all
and you are
probably right that it is eventually drawn there...
