You can look up these numbers at a million websites.  The problem is that it
depends heavily on the FSB speed, the speed of the memory chips, the motherboard
chipset, and probably other things.

I think in general, the average latency for SDR/DDR is slightly above 100ns for
a single processor system (133MHz bus).  With some tweaking it can be pushed
lower, but it can also be higher in some cases.  Multiple processor machines
usually have a bit higher latency, for example.

I've seen widely varying claims of the latency of RDRAM.  There are more factors
in calculating the latency of RDRAM, so I guess it's not surprising.  Latency
can be anywhere from 100-300ns, I guess, but more typical is probably 150-200ns.
 I could be wrong about this.
