Recent testing put registered DDR RAM at 150 ns on my dual xeon 2.8ghz
Dell box.

SDRAM was at 120ns.

I don't have any RAMBUS boxes around that I can test on so I can't give
real numbers there, hopefully someone else will run lmbench on a non-overclocked
RAMBUS box and report a real number.  If not, I'll try to get one tested next
week.
