I've gone a little further than Moritz and got the following results, on a PII
450 as well.

Rebel10, Comb=off, anti-GM=off, 60MB hash

move, ply, score, time
Lxa8 6 6.21 0:00:01
Lxa8 7 6.24 0:00:04
Lxa8 8 6.23 0:00:11
Lxa8 9 4.09 0:00:46
Lxa8 10 4.03 0:05:41
Lxa8 11 0.63 0:12:04
Pe5 11 1.99 0:23:15
 b6 11 2.73 0:32:43
 g4 11 2.87 1:25:09

Rebel10, Comb=on, anti-GM=off, 60 MB hash

move, ply, score, time
Lxa8 6 6.23 0:00:09
Lxa8 7 6.21 0:00:27
Lxa8 8 4.03 0:01:57
Lxa8 9 0.86 0:20:23
Pe5 9 2.09 0:27:04
 b6 9 2.75 0:32:27
 g4 9 3.02 1:06:30

So it takes Rebel10 a long time to find g4.
I tried Tascbase as well.

Tascbase 2.1 (King 2.55), Selectivity 10, 8MB hash

Lxa8 6 5.58 0:00:01
Lxa8 7 0.83 0:00:05
 b6 7 2.50 0:00:15
 g4 7 2.83 0:00:22
 g4 8 2.88 0:00:36
 g4 9 3.09 0:01:25

Nice result, I believe.

Kind regards, Ernst-J
