It is hard to tell since Shredder 7 or 7.04 has not been tested enough against
any strong GM in the top 10, like Deep Fritz and Deep Junior. This assumption
that if Shredder is stronger than the rest of the programs when matched against
other top programs will also be the best against top Humans is wrong. I will
have to see Shredder 7 or 7.04 performance against any of the top 10, before I
believe that it is as strong as Deep Fritz or Deep Junior.
