otherwise you should look under msconfig==> advanced you can include exclude EMM
A000-fff from there

Well I tell you how I find msconfig i simply search on name
and take the one with the ikon of a desktop.
Left double click it
Might not be the usual way but it is the way i find it
Then left click advanced .
There are some more tricks under msconfig for optimizing your system .
