Thanx but this tool does about the same thing as WhoIsBetter. Interesting is
that the result they provide differs by some percentage. Nice that source is
included, I think I'll add it to my engine to have it available.

The question remains, how do I estimate ELO strength difference by having the
match results. Are there ANY rules of thumb?
