I wrote: it should be fast. That's the only thing I am
interested in. Not the data structure, not the make move
speed, not the unmake move speed, not the update board
speed, etc.

Note: I do not need it for a chess playing program.
I want it as a starting point for a *fast* program
to calculate the mobility for White and Black for
all positions from *many* games. So I read a huge
PGN file, and for every game I do make move,
count number of moves for White and for Black,
make next move, etc.

perft does not say it all, since there you do an update board(?)
and an unmake move(?)

What engine is yours? Where can I find it?
