Since when are Chessbase products "freeware". Last time I checked you had to pay
for Hiarcs 7, 7.32, and 8. Just because he has a horribly hex-editted version of
Hiarcs does not mean he is not guilty.

He is the second part of the transaction, therefore also guilty of theft.
