He is clearly not guilty of theft but could be guilty of receiving if he knew it
was stolen. I don't think that applies here - you are going way over the top.
Are you saying you have never ever had something for nothing?! Have you never
bought something on the cheap which may ahve been a bit iffy?! Are you a saint?
