I guess that in most cases if it is better than other programs then it is also
better against previous version.

For me a new version of movei needs first to beat the previous version
(if it does not do it then I do not give it to beta testers to test it against
other programs).

Even more than it.
I consider to have the following rule:
If it cannot beat the previous released version with time handicap of 2:1 then
It is too weak to be released.

latest not public movei has positive score against public movei with time
handicap of 2:1 and it is now tested with time handicap of 3:1 in the nunn2
match(5 minutes against 15 minutes)
